The use of the services of the Website, as well as the acquisition of any of the products offered, implies the acceptance of the Client or User, without reservations of any kind, of each and every one of these Conditions.
These Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Legal Notice of the Website, are the only conditions applicable to the use of the Website and the purchase of products through it and replace any other conditions. Consequently, the User who accesses the Website, registers and purchases products through the Website agrees to submit to and is bound by the Conditions, the Privacy Policy and Legal Notice as they are written at the time to access the Website.
2. Product information
The photographs, graphic or iconographic representations and videos related to TALE BY TALE products, as well as trade names, trademarks or distinctive signs of any kind contained on the Website, are intended to provide the most information, however, the User has to take into account that they have an indicative purpose and, consequently, they do not have an exhaustive character.
TALE BY TALE reserves the right to decide, at any time, the products offered to Users through the Website. In this way, TALE BY TALE may at any time add new products to those included on the Website, it being understood, unless otherwise provided, that such new products will be governed by the provisions of the Conditions in force at that time. moment.
Likewise, TALE BY TALE reserves the right to stop providing access, at any time and without prior notice, to any of the products offered on the Website.
In the event that, due to circumstances of force majeure, a product is not available after the purchase has been made, TALE BY TALE will inform the User by email of the total or, where appropriate, partial cancellation of the order. The partial cancellation of the order does not entitle the cancellation of the entire order, without prejudice to the exercise of the right of withdrawal that corresponds to the User in accordance with the provisions of these Conditions.
3. Purchase system
To proceed with the purchase of the product, the User, who must be over eighteen (18) years of age, must follow the instructions detailed on each page, contact TALE BY TALE, by email or WhatsApp, make the payment by advance, which will be made by the method you prefer: PayPal, card payment or transfer.
The data provided to TALE BY TALE to access and make purchases is personal and non-transferable.
4. Delivery time
Shipments to USA take approximately 3 to 7 working days once payment has been confirmed by the Client. In international shipments, the delivery time can be from 4 to 10 working days, depending on the destination and the indicated transport company. Once the package is delivered to the courier service, the Client will receive an SMS or email with the tracking number of the shipment. We are not responsible for possible delivery delays caused by the courier service.
5. Payment method
The forms of payment accepted by Tale By Tale are:

The Client will be taken to the PayPal website taking advantage of its secure payment platform.
Once in PayPal you can make the payment with a Paypal account or with a credit card, in no case is cash on delivery accepted.
Paypal can retain an amount as a deposit or insurance when trying to make a purchase with the card on the PayPal platform (usually a few cents or €1). This amount will be reimbursed by PayPal in approximately one month. The collection of this amount does not guarantee that the purchase is made.
6. Other features of the purchase
1. Shipments are made through the courier service available to the printer.
2. The shipping costs include in all cases the Value Added Tax (VAT) or the applicable sales tax, but no other tax, fee, duty or surcharge.
3. Shipping is understood as the delivery of the items to the address specified by the Customer during the ordering process, limiting the delivery areas listed above.
4. Tale By Tale delivers the orders to the courier service within a maximum period of 48 hours. We are not responsible for possible delivery delays caused by the courier service.
7. Returns
If the Client has changed thier mind, they can communicate it and if TALE BY TALE has not started with the order, 100% of the amount will be refunded. If the Client notifies late and the order is already being made, TALE BY TALE may charge what corresponds to the work already done and will return the rest, which can be demonstrated by sending the state of the illustration at that time.
8. Warranty
If the product is defective, TALE BY TALE will ask the printer to take responsibility and the printer will take care of the defect if it is the ink and/or the paper, since they provide a guarantee of excellence. It is important that you know that our guarantee does not cover:
a) Negliget or violent use of the product.
b) The damages derived from the manipulation or intervention of the product.
9. Taxes
The prices include in all cases the Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other tax, fee, duty or surcharge.
10. Prices
The products will be sold at the price indicated, being the price that is collected at the time of order confirmation by the customer.
11. Validity
Tale By Tale reserves the right to modify prices, articles, offers and other commercial conditions without prior notice.
12. Waiver
The lack of requirement by TALE BY TALE of strict compliance by the User with any of the obligations assumed by the User under a contract or these Conditions or the lack of exercise by TALE BY TALE of the rights or actions that may correspond to us by virtue of said contract or the Conditions, will not imply any waiver or limitation in relation to said rights or actions, nor will it exonerate the User from complying with such obligations. No waiver by TALE BY TALE of a specific right or action will imply a waiver of other rights or actions derived from a contract or the Conditions. No waiver by TALE BY TALE of any of these Conditions or of the rights or actions derived from a contract will take effect, unless it is expressly established that it is a waiver and is formalized and communicated to the User in writing.
13. Modification of conditions
TALE BY TALE reserves the right to review and modify these Conditions at any time. The User will be subject to the policies and Conditions in force at the time they use the website or make each order, unless by law or decision of government agencies TALE BY TALE must make retroactive changes to said Conditions, in which case, the possible changes will also affect the orders that the User had previously made.

TALE BY TALE is not responsible for delays in the delivery of orders, or the impossibility of carrying them out when the cause is due to an event of force majeure, and therefore, beyond our control.
